(leilockheart)

Hi guys! The quote above caught my eye so I just thought I'd share it with you guys. ^-^ School was so-so today and I'll be posting some stuff that happened in school so let's gooo!

PE: Our PE teacher's name is Andrew and we were talking about him while heading to the basketball court. Yi Ling said "Andoo" in an attempt to pronounce his name wrongly and I said "Can do!". :>

Yes, we are not nice girls. Today was the most hellish PE lesson I have ever had! Firstly, we had to run two rounds as a class but we obviously didn't because Annemarie always runs ahead of us. Also, Yi Ling and Alexis were discussing 想握你的手 which they both love a lot so they started running ahead of us, leaving Meryl and I to talk about how crazy they were. ;)

After our run, we had to warm-down and had a 5 minutes water break. What happened after that was hellish. We had to run a round around the track, do 5 push-ups (our PE teacher would increase this number whenever he felt like it) and 5 sit-ups (same for the push-ups). Rinse and repeat 6 times. Everyone was worn-out. After a 5 minutes water break, we still had to run! Running is officially my most hated sport now. -.-

English: We were asked to present our timeline we did (I teamed up with Alexis, Rachel and Jane. We did it on Tom Cruise!) and when Rachel who was presenting, read the part about Tom Cruise acting in "Risky Business", Jane, Alexis, Anne and I all cracked up. xD (click here to know what I'm referring to and read the post titled You'll be fallin' in love.)

Science: For Science we had to mix sulfur and iron filings together and use a magnet to test whether or not the iron filings would still be attracted to the magnet. Of course it still was attracted and the really creepy thing is that when we placed the bar magnet underneath the petri dish (the sulfur and iron filings were inside the petri dish), the iron filings would sort of stick up. It looked a lot like a sea urchin. (...) Reminds me of the time when I was in Phuket and accidentally touched a sea urchin. :\

Yi Ling and I were discussing what subjects we preferred and I found out she liked Chinese, just today. Gee, I've sat next to her for 2 years and I didn't know she liked Chinese? I'm such a horrible partner, tsk. Turns out she likes Math and Chinese while I enjoy Chinese, English, History and possibly Literature. She thinks I'm crazy to like History. >_> I fail to realize why people dislike Hitory so much. I however, have a sort of joy looking at artifacts and visiting museums - be it Art or any other sort of museum. :)

Today I saw a guy carrying a trolley-bag (you know those stuff right? The bag which you can pull along cause there're wheels underneath it!) and I suddenly remembered how when I was in Primary One to Three, the trolley-bag was pretty popular. Around Primary 4 to 5, folding paper stars was popular. In Primary 5 to 6, the rubric cubes were "in". I never really bothered with those stuff though. :\

My latest obsession is Scott Yoshimoto! Well to be exact I just started listening to his songs the day before yesterday. He has a pretty good voice and makes the most awesome beats I swear. I was listening to his "Cooler Than You" cover and I was definitely not expecting what he delivered because I've only listened to JRAquino's cover of it which was an acoustic cover but Scott's version was phwoah. It was really catchy. But my favorite cover of his is "Maybe". I'm addicted to it. @_@ I adore his song "The Gift Of Music" too! I think it's one of the biggest Youtube collaborations with AJ Rafael, Cathy Nguyen, Andrew Garcia, Lydia Paek and Ramiele Malubay. It's the first song that isn't about love or family which I like. :D Also, seeing Lydia Paek, AJ Rafael and Jesse Barrera with lip piercings, I feel like getting one too. :\ However Annie strongly disproves. ):<

AJ Rafael just released a new design for his T-shirt and it's so pretty! I love how JRAquino and AJ Rafael used bright colors for their T-shirts, heh. 8) I'm also a fan of Jesse Barrera's LOVE T-shirt and Love In Technicolor bracelet. Oh yea, you guys should listen to Jesse Barrera too! ^-^ He's a fabulous songwriter. :) Anybody wanna buy those for me?! 8D *Obviously harboring false hopes*

I'm working on a new icon batch which is a continuation for my "Youtubers" batch. Includes Kina Grannis, Scott Yoshimoto, Kevjumba, Cathy Nguyen. I don't think I'll be able to finish it by today because I have Lit homework to do, due tomorrow. Shall end my post now and listen to Jesse Barrera / Scott Yoshimoto while doing my Lit homework! ^-^
