Yesterday's Fate

Sucks to you if you didn't come to IJ Fiesta, because it pretty much rocked. Well, the day started off with IJ Spirit Day. There was a cheer competition, but I was unable to get high because of my morning emo-ness. Then a video montage and a skit was shown. Also had the IJ version of Don't Forget The Lyrics - it has the same rules as Don't Forget The Lyrics, but the songs were all IJ songs.

Later had IJ Fiesta! It wasn't really exciting in the beginning, because Alexis and Yi Ling went off with each other while Rachel and I went off with Ashley. So we were kinda separated ... and yeah you get it. When we eventually got together, we pretty much slacked at the Galleria Steps. Yi Ling finally got really bored and decided to ride the Viking Ship. It was pretty small, but it could go up quite high so hurrah! We went crazy while queuing for the Viking Ship because the DJ started playing "Baby" and well, what with all the Bieber Fever, it's not surprising that we started screaming to "Baby" and jumping up and down.

I sat at the second seat from the end with Shivani, while Meryl sat behind me. I can't really remember where everyone (Jia Hui, Ashley, Alexis and Yi Ling) else sat. It was really amusing, because Yi Ling kept laughing and I had a laughing spasm. I was screaming too, just for fun. It was really, really fun. Initially I didn't want to sit on the Viking Ship because I thought it wouldn't go really high. Wow, I would have regretted not going on the Viking Ship so much. Oh, and "Hey, Soul Sister" was playing while we sat on the Viking Ship, so I started singing it. I only managed to get to the first sentence because the DJ started playing another song. I don't understand why but nobody finishes playing "Hey, Soul Sister". Rachel took a video of us on the Viking Ship, but refused to show it to us until after her China trip.

When we got off, we basically wandered around and slacked at the Galleria Steps till IJ Fiesta was open to the public. Kimberly Yeo came and we all hugged her. Waited for Hui Yee to arrive and some unexpected people arrived too! Brenda and Vanessa Kerk arrived. We sat on the Viking Ship with Hui Yee, Brenda and Dawn. Yi Ling kept laughing because she claimed that Brenda had a really weird facial expression while on the Viking Ship but I couldn't see it because she was sitting in front of me.

Later wandered around with Kimberly. Called Alexis and we slacked outside school, near the roundabout in front of the condominium. Chatted about school and how it would be awesome if we could go to Kallang for Kbox + Ice skating + Movie! But it'd cost a bomb, oh my.

We had Inter-house Games today, which meant we pretty much didn't do anything. Alexis, Anne, Meryl and I played Taboo. We came in second as we lost to 1/1. Later in the Hall, chatted with Alexis, Andrea and Anne as Andrea and Anne are both going to America this year. I'm so jealous. I've always wanted to go America. It's like, I kinda know a bit about America (well, at least more than Anne) and it's so annoying how I can't go there. All because of Celeste and my dad, who refuse to sit on the plane for more than 7 hours. What...? Maybe I should just go with my mom. Yeah, that'd be good.

I'm so tempted to clear the house of all it's furniture and clean the whole house. Either that, or move house. I cannot stand how cluttered my house is. It's really getting on my nerves, because I'm a neat freak. I bet we don't need half of the stuff in my house, damn it.
