Yesterday's Fate
Ohmygosh!
Currently listening to David Choi's cover of OMG. I just realized, that I love acoustic covers of songs. Sorta makes me remember why I learnt the guitar. ;)
Didn't really do anything ... productive today as there were no lessons. Went to school with my iPod blasting David Choi in my ears. Never done that before, because I am so paranoid. It felt so refreshing, 'cause I could just focus on his voice and not bother about how tired I was walking about all those flights of stairs. Ok, I sound lovesick. ._."
We had a talk about how we should never smoke. Daniel Ong gave the talk, LOL. Unfortunately, I was feeling kind of ... emo because I just listened to That Girl and Uneasy. Plus, I wasn't sitting next to Yi Ling who's one of the few who can get me high. So I was pretty monotone, even through the IJ Fiesta briefing.
Later proceeded to the 1/7's classroom for Student Forum. Then I got high because I was seated next to Yi Ling. The usual "Bieber fever", C: So in case you guys didn't know, Student Forum is when we give feedback to the councilors about some activities that we've done. I didn't really contribute any comments because I was talking to Yi Ling. Until of course, we came to the STARplus programme. Phwoah, we all started complaining then. The poor Jr. Councilor had to listen to us comment on how shitty it was. The Jr. Councilor had an extremely horrified face. Also, we showed her what we "learned" in the computer lab, all thanks to yours truly. Turns out she watches nigahiga, so there we have it. One more person to annoy/corrupt. Isn't life wonderful?
So, yesterday was our General Leadership Programme! It was horribly tiring. We had from the time school started till 4 00 PM to finish whatever we had to do. We had to answer questions, and find things. Kind of like Amazing Race. On the train to Esplanade, we called our parents/aunties/uncles to ask them answers to some of the questions. Also, we asked around for a taxi receipt (which was on the list of things we needed to gather) and luckily, some kind soul gave it to us! :D
We ran around Singapore like crazy, and my legs were burning. Overall, it was pretty fun. Apart from the fact that it was too long, torturous to your legs and some of the questions were kind of weird.
I'll stop here now, so I can chat with my dearest Hui Yee. <:
