My cough is life threatening. /:

Lets see, when i woke up on Friday, i felt really dizzy and light-headed. Probably had a fever, and my throat felt really weird. Went to class, sat in my seat and just listened to Kristinia DeBarge and Lady Antebellum while reading The Truth About Forever. Finished reading it already. (: I felt so guilty that i took so long to read it (thanks to my HXB & SSS madness ><"). Felt much better later in the day, so yay.

Hmm, i don't think i've mentioned our Life Science period with Sock, right? Well, i'll start now! :D

After school, went to 7-11 with Rachel, Yi Ling and Mary to get our Lunch. Rachel got her egg sandwich with Starbucks coffee. That girl, has got expensive taste. She only drinks Starbucks coffee! Tsk <: Yi Ling bought ham + lettuce + i don't know what sandwich. I bought an egg sandwich and Mary bought something. Yi Ling and Mary wanted to take those gummy sweets but they couldn't open the tongs, HAR HAR. :B

Later headed back to school and ate in the canteen. Later our class started. We used a jelly to represent the human cell. I forgot all the organelles (omg, i learnt something! :D) so i can't tell you what made what. But i do know that those golden sugar balls and raisins were present. (:

After that, we did extraction of the DNA of a BANANA! Had to grind the banana first, but ours was already ground up. Paired up with Yi Ling to do it. After that, had to pour in 14ml of soap buffer. I think i got the wrong amount, but who cares? After that used a parafilm to cover the opening of the test tube. Mine ... broke x: But i still used it. Then Yi Ling and i didn't know, we threw both of ours away when we were supposed to leave it on. Took a new one. Later placed it in the hot water bath, waited for 15 minutes. Then placed it in a tub of ice, waited 5 minutes. I let Yi Ling pour the 5ml of ethanol. I was coughing, then she told me to stop laughing 'cuz i was making her laugh (i always "cough" when i'm laughing)

Then when we finished the experiment, i cleaned the water on our lab table until it was alllll clean and pweeeeeetty! :D Then i turned behind, and saw how wet the lab table was. So i cleaned it up. And AnneMarie called me a perfectionist. So lets see, i'm a cool carrot perfectionist. Interesting.

My mom, Celeste and i went shopping today for CNY goodies and for Celeste's shoes.

*after we got off the escalator*
My mom: Will you stop reading your book while walking around?!
Me: I wasn't walking! I was on the escalator!
My mom: So? You still don't have to read right?
Me: Why waste like, one second of my precious time looking around at shops when i know i'm not going to buy anything when i can read my book!
My mom: You could look around right?! (clearly not listening to me. >_>)
Me: I DON'T WANT TO LOOK!

Another conversation, that makes my mom sound very, very, very nice.

*walks into Sephora (which i think is ridiculously huge. In a bad-ish way.)*
Me: Can i buy Urban Decay Eyeliner?
My mom: Huh, where?
Me: There! *points to a poster that had the words "Urban Decay" on them*
My mom: Yeah, sure.
*my mom walks away while i'm left shocked*
My sister: What? Why're you so shocked?
Me: Because i was joking.
My sister: Oh, you were?

Oh, and i saw ED Hardy perfumes everywhere. Well, won't they go nicely with my sneakers? (:

And omg, i can totally imagine my Chinese teacher singing it, right Yi Ling? *nudge nudge ;D* And the person who did the song lyrics is fabulous. The guy dancing, is hilarious. I'd totally marry any guy who was willing to do that for me. Not. But it would be super amusing. xD 1:59 - 2:24 is so damn bloody gay plz. I was watching it on Yockyen's blog, then i was looking at some other site while listening to it, and i switched back to Yockyen's blog between 1:59 - 2:24 and when i saw the guy dancing, so gay, i nearly vomited and died laughing.

No wonder American's are jealous of Asians ;D
